RepLock is a one-person, ad-supported site — there’s no support team or ticketing system behind it, just an inbox. If a calculator gave you a number that looks wrong, a link is broken, or you want to see a tool that isn’t here yet, this is the way to say so.
We read everything that comes in. There’s no guaranteed response window — it depends on volume — but a specific report (which tool, what you entered, what you expected) is easy to act on quickly; a vague one may take longer or get missed.
What’s useful to include
- Tool feedback: which calculator (Keypad Combination, Security Camera Storage, Password Entropy, Camera Lens Coverage) or guide (Lock Grade, Safe Rating), and the inputs you used.
- Corrections: a specific figure, standard reference, or claim you think is wrong, and why.
- Requests:a security topic or tool you’d like to see covered.
This isn’t the right channel for locksmith, insurance, or security-system emergencies — for anything urgent involving an actual break-in or lockout, contact a local locksmith, your alarm monitoring company, or emergency services directly.
